Shipping

We process and pack orders within 24 hours on business days. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Sweden: 2–7 business days

  • Europe: 4–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier. Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

Carriers

We work with trusted carriers such as Schenker, PostNord, DHL, UPS, and others depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Free shipping promotions may apply from time to time and will be clearly shown on the website.

Returns

You have the right to return unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order.

We only accept returns if:

  • The item(s) were purchased in our online shop

  • The item(s) are unopened and in original condition

  • Products are securely packed in an outer package to prevent damage during return shipping

For reasons of hygiene and food safety, we cannot accept returns of opened food products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. To register a return, please contact us at insert email.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Complaints

If you receive a damaged product, the wrong item, or something is missing from your order, please contact us at insert email as soon as possible. We will resolve the issue in accordance with Swedish consumer protection law.
