Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made on our websites astronut.se and astronut.com operated by Astronut AB. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Orders
When placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email within a few minutes. If you do not receive the confirmation, please check your spam folder or verify that you entered the correct email address.
Even if you have not received an order confirmation, your order may still have been processed.
2. Cancellation or Changing an Order
Since we aim to process and pack your order shortly after it is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations, additions, or changes once the order has been submitted. Please contact us at insert email as soon as possible if you need help.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders both within Sweden and internationally. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier, but generally range from 2 to 7 business days for Sweden and longer for international deliveries.
Shipping costs will be shown at checkout. Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees for international shipments may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Carriers
We work with reliable carriers such as Schenker, PostNord, DHL, UPS, and other partners depending on the shipping destination.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. These may include Klarna, Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Stripe, and other options depending on your country. We cannot accept any other payment methods than those listed at checkout.
6. Prices and Taxes
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. For customers within the EU, prices include VAT. For customers outside the EU, local duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
As a customer within the EU, you have the right to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
We only accept returns if:

The item(s) have been purchased in our online shop.

The item(s) are unopened and in original condition.

Products are securely packed in a slightly larger outer package to prevent damage during return shipping.
For reasons of hygiene and food safety, we cannot accept returns of opened food products. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. To register a return, please contact us at insert email.
8. Complaints
If you detect a fault with the item(s) you have received or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us at insert email within a reasonable time. We follow Swedish consumer protection law in handling complaints.
9. Allergen Information
Most Astronut products contain nuts and are not suitable for individuals with nut allergies. Some of our mixes are fruit-only and do not include nuts as an ingredient. However, all products are manufactured in facilities that also handle nuts and other allergens. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of nuts, peanuts, sesame, soy, or other allergens. Customers are responsible for reading product labels carefully before consumption.
10. Shelf Life and Storage
Our products should be stored in a cool, dry place and consumed before the best before date printed on the packaging. Astronut AB is not responsible for products stored incorrectly after delivery or consumed after the best before date.
11. Product Variations
As our products are made from natural ingredients, variations in color, shape, or appearance may occur. Such variations do not affect the quality of the product and are not considered defects.
12. Limitation of Liability
Astronut AB is not responsible for indirect losses, consequential damages, or missed opportunities. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question, except where otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law. Astronut AB is not liable for health issues resulting from misuse, improper storage, or allergic reactions.
13. International Regulations
For international orders, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the import and consumption of our products is permitted under local law. Astronut AB is not responsible for shipments rejected by customs due to local food regulations.
14. Accuracy of Information
We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability shown on our website are accurate. If an error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and, if necessary, cancel an affected order.
15. Force Majeure
Astronut AB is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, transport disruptions, pandemics, natural disasters, or other events of force majeure.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms shall be governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved primarily through dialogue with our customer service. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may refer it to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in Sweden or, if outside Sweden, through your local consumer protection authority.
17. Digital Communication
By completing a purchase, you agree that we may contact you via email with order updates and relevant service information. Marketing emails will only be sent if you have actively opted in.
